IN Exchange works with a thriving coffee cooperative of 50 families in Chiapas, Mexico. The company is entirely Chiapan-owned, and all the roasting and processing of the coffee takes place in Mexico. We offer the following Organic, Shade Grown Coffee made with 100% high-quality Arabica beans:
